With only 40 minutes on the highway we find Lucca and its walls, also Pisa, Siena, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and Abetone with its famous ski slopes. Vinci is the hometown of Leonardo da Vinci about 18 km away. We are immersed in the most typical Tuscan countryside, in the midst of fields still cultivated with traditional crops, at the foot of a beautiful hill, and only 4 km from the center of Pistoia. About 2 km away from our house we find the PANORAMA shopping center, with the supermarket, the pharmacy, and various shops, clothing, optics, footwear etc. There is also a specialized medical center next to the PANORAMA shopping center. Just 1.5 km from our house there are two renowned restaurants "Da Luciano" and "Alessandro". From our house it is very easy to reach the highway entrance which is about 5 km away. The city of Pistoia is one of the most beautiful representations of Tuscan Romanesque art, with its beautiful historic center full of shops, restaurants and wine bars. Montecatini Terme is a very important tourist resort, thanks to its beautiful and renowned spas and the numerous cultural and entertainment events that take place there in the summer.
