THE PROPERTY
* Private Entrance with another unit / will not be disturbed.
* Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | will be in Lower level
* One full bathroom
* Living Room: Internet TV, Wi-Fi, Sofa
* Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the nearby dining table.
* Full Size Washer and dryer will be sharing with owner (available if your requested), as well as detergent, allowing you to clean your travel clothes.
* Parking: 1 left-side in front of the building or off-street parking (Please, note that owner family resides in the lock-off (other unit) with a separate entrance and living spaces. Please do not use the right side of the drive way for parking in front of the the house.

Summary: This was perfect for a getaway with my sister! Enough space to spread out for quiet time but also a cozy TV room to hang out together. Super great location with easy access to Denver and Boulder. The host was friendly and helpful and kind in passing on the property. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would stay again!
