Directly at the sea.
The chalet is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac that ends after a few meters directly at the sea (cliffs). Here steps lead down to the water, with a stone platform that invites you to lie down and sunbathe. From here you have a view of the whole sea and can enjoy wonderful sunrises!
The chalt is on a slope in 1. Sea line with several terraces.
The front terrace invites you to romantic fireplace evenings on 2 large outdoor sofas.
The large roof terrace has sea views and sun all day.
Here you have the opportunity to lie in the sun and relax on the Moroccan daybed, which is covered with a pavilion.
There is also a sea view from the grill terrace. Here is the outdoor kitchen, with 2 plate gas stove, sink, drinks fridge and large grill, from which you can enjoy the sea view while grilling.
At the grill terrace is the covered terrace / porch, with a large 2.00 m antique oak dining table, bench, sufficient chairs. For the cooler months, radiant heaters and a roll-down roller blind are available as wind / rain protection.
An outdoor shower with hot water is located directly on the side of the house.
From the fully equipped kitchen there is a separate exit to the covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the little helpers such as. B. Hand blender, new NESPRESSO machine, kettle, toaster and a regular filter coffee machine.
For entertainment fans there is a comfortable lounge couch in the living area, a new large TV LG flat screen (internet-compatible), a SOUNDBAR with BLUETOOTH for music and a BLU-RAY PLAYER.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), with dressers and CLIMATE.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), with chests of drawers, CLIMATE and walk-in closet with enough hangers.

All windows have fly screens and shutters.

Playa Cala Lllombards beach is only 9 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car.
Other beautiful bays and beaches such as B. S`Almunia, Calo des Muro, Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago, S`Amarador and the Caribbean beach ES Trenc can be reached quickly by car.
