We care about the environment, and provide purple recycling bins. There are three modern high efficiency AC units, each located in a room. We ask that you please turn them off when leaving.

The entire premises is yours, including the Foosball rec room. You will have your own guaranteed parking in a long driveway, which is a treasure indeed in downtown Long Beach.

We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our guests. The is an external security camera pointed outwards, but no cameras in the house or any cameras pointed inwards.
House Rules
- No smoking or smokers allowed anywhere on premises, either outside or inside. Violation of this rule will result in a fine and other sanctions. If you or your guests smoke, please find another listing. No exceptions.
- NO PARTIES, no music outside anytime. Keep noise outside to a minimum. Quiet hours after 10PM. When playing music in house, keep all doors shut. Please be considerate of the quiet neighborhood. Neighbor complaints may result in a $500 fine, immediate cancellation and eviction, and police involvement. If you want a party, please enjoy yourself and book elsewhere.
- Photo ID and guest list required, sent to the host on channel within 24 hours of booking.
- Any guests, whether overnight or visiting during the day, count as guests, must be registered and paid for, and count towards the max capacity.
- Please do not send mail to this residence; use FedX/UPS locations only. Any mail cannot be guaranteed.
- Only toilet paper in the toilet.
- We ask not to cook fish indoors, in consideration of other guests. BBQ is provided outside; we suggest a delicious foil wrap with butter/oil.
- Loss of keys will result in a $50 charge.
- No pets. Violation results in $300 fee. Service dog fraud is prohibited under California Penal Code 365.7 PC.
- Park in the driveway next to the house, leaving room for gardeners to open the gate and remove trash cans.

- Pots & pans should be washed and returned back to their original location.
