Crystal Waters lives up to its' name, situated in the central area of Keuka's “Y” shape, the entire family can enjoy the clear waters of all three branches of Keuka Lake.
This home features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and comfortably houses up to 12 guests. Parking is located near the main entry, which makes unpacking your car and getting your vacation started that much easier. Entry into the home is on the second level, where you will find a spacious kitchen complete with dishwasher and seating for 8 at the oak table dining area. A sliding glass door leads out to the upper level deck, where you will find not one – but two – gas grills, along with outdoor seating, and an enticing view!
The open living room is furnished with a couch, as well as a loveseat with reclining chairs for a relaxing indoor retreat. On this level, you will also find the master bedroom with in-suite full bathroom with shower, and then two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower/tub.
The lower level of the home consists of an additional 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bath with shower. Easy access from this level to a second deck through sliding glass doors offers even more outdoor entertaining space.
The stairway leading to the beach is just a short 30 steps, and once you are there, you may never want to go back inside. A large dock offers a ladder off the dock is great for easy access to and from the lake for boaters or swimmer. The beach has plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy the sun, and beach fires are welcome at night.
