ABOUT THE CABIN
The main living area features a gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to relax after your adventures. Watch favorite shows on the 60in TV.
A second living area is complete with a wet bar with mini-fridge.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances, including a gas range and two dishwashers. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person breakfast bar or in the dining area.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements include two master suites: one has a California king bed, 46in TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a sunken jetted tub; the other has a California king bed, 46in TV, and an en-suite with a shower/tub combination.
The third and fourth bedrooms both have a California king bed and 46in TV.
The third-floor loft is perfect for kids with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 46in TV.
Make use of the gas grill on the large wraparound porch and host an afternoon cookout, then gather around the fire pit. Slip into the hot tub for a relaxing end to your day. The woodsy backyard is completely fenced for privacy.

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction.
This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Hot tub use is not allowed after 10pm. No smoking is permitted. All leases require a minimum 30-day term.
