Remodeled with love and attention to detail. We love our second home and it brings us much joy to share it with others. Come enjoy our peaceful and cozy home which includes a 65 inch Roku tv., wifi, all the amenities for cooking and/or bbq-ing, indoor washer and dryer, great patio deck with amazing views on the 2nd hole of the golf course. Master bedroom and guest room are separated by the open kitchen and living room. Black out shades or shutters for privacy in rooms. Play games, enjoy a little karaoke, do some yoga or end your evenings with a hot bath in the master bath. Brand new HVAC and electric fireplace. 15 min from downtown Palm Springs and a short walk to the well known Lautner Compound, our location is perfect for enjoying all the surrounding areas ie; Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. Or simply enjoy the facilities that come with your stay. If you play golf, head over to the public clubhouse. Want to lay out by the pool instead, grab a couple of pool towels and walk on over to the newly refinished heated pool or bubbling hot tubs or play a round of tennis or pickle ball on the courts next to the pool. When your ready for a nice meal and a drink, cocktail or glass of wine you’ll find everything you need to get started in your own kitchen or you can opt for ordering Postmates or UberEats.
