Positive: The location of the property is near to Pasar / Shops. easily accessible. The property is in good condition and owner's response to texts were fast.
Negative: I hope the owner can be more transparent in the booking advertisement, to inform about the payment for deposit in the ad or terms before booking, so that clients are clear and made aware of it, instead of asking for the deposit payment (MYR 100) on the day of check-in.
