Nestled just a two-hour drive from Adelaide, it offers a serene riverside location with incredible views and private river access. Additionally, local pubs are just a short 12 minute drive away, and there's ample parking space for up to 10 cars at the rear of the property.
Amidst a picturesque gum-studded landscape, you can relish the tranquility and even spot the occasional kangaroo, echidna, or tawny frogmouth that frequent the area.
The upper level features six bedrooms, a generously equipped kitchen with dual microwaves, oven, electric hotplate, coffee pod machine, two fridges, and a double drawer dishwasher. The dining, lounge, and sitting areas lead to an expansive balcony that offers breathtaking views of the river and its sandstone cliffs. The lounge TV is internet-ready, providing complimentary access to Netflix and a PS3, and most bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
