Guests have access to the entire main floor, except for a locked owner's closet and a locked supply closet. A completely separate upstairs owner's apartment, accessible only via the external stairs at the rear of the house (as shown in the photos), is reserved for owner use and storage and is not available to guests. This space remains locked at all times and is monitored by security cameras, both inside and around the external stair access. The owner's apartment is entirely separate and is not occupied during guest stays. In the extremely rare event that the owner needs to use the private apartment during a guest’s stay, advance notice will be provided.
