Positive: The overall facility is clean, well-managed, in a quiet and calm location. The kitchen is well equipped. Not a lot to see around the place but if you're looking for a chill near the Baltic Sea - would recommend for the listed price.

Negative: The road around the facility is partially hardened, with a lot of holes - this makes it difficult to make it there by a car, almost impossible to ride a road bike/anything other than mtb. The whole place is not exactly in Wladyslawowo, but in a village nearby.
