With 3BRs, new flooring and window coverings, HDTVs, an updated kitchen and a gas barbecue, you'll be surrounded by trees and have quick access to both mountains and the lake, including Heavenly Resort, casinos and dozens of restaurants.

From the new flooring, window coverings, and HDTVs, to the gas BBQ and newer stove, recently updated kitchen counters and appliances, living room furniture and all new mattresses, the owners want you to enjoy their home as much as they do.
This cabin features a fantastic layout for families to enjoy together time or time on their own. You will love the ground floor living with 2 bedrooms a full bath and the main gathering area that connects the kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room. The cozy atmosphere and the entertainment of a 50” HDTV is a good example of how this home provides the best of today with the traditional comfort of a mountain home.
The upstairs features a large family room that is the ideal getaway fun and games or a quiet retreat. Plenty of comfortable seating and room for playing games, watching the large screen HDTV, or competing on the deluxe air hockey table. With a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bathroom, the upstairs is a great suite for the kids or family. There is even a Pack 'N Play for the littlest member of the group.
For outdoor activity, you can head out the back or front door. Right off the kitchen/dining room you will find comfortable west facing back yard with large deck for dining, barbecuing on the new gas grill, or just catching some sun while reading a book. Plenty of room to create a snow man too! Need more space? Cross the street to enter the National forest trail system for a leisurely stroll or serious hiking, biking, snow shoeing, and X-Country skiing. You can store your toys in the two-car garage too. When you return from your cold hike, a glove and boot dryer will be waiting for you next to the boot rack.
