Positive: Staff was helpful. There was no air conditioning in the whole hotel when we arrived during the 90 degree weather days of August. Stuff happens and we were told it would be fixed shortly by the front desk Took them at their word and registered. The maintenance man promised us a fan just in case. He showed up at our room with a brand new fan from a local Target within the hour. Within 2 hours the air conditioning was back on. Maintenance man should be commended for going the extra distance. Also, the gal that ran the buffet breakfast was very sweet..
Negative: Thought charging for the generic buffet breakfast was a bit cheap.
Summary: Got what we signed up for. Clean room and a very nice staff.
