The White House is a cozy two bedroom home just six blocks from bustling downtown Loveland. Downtown offers gourmet coffee shops and bakeries, restaurants, a movie theater, breweries, Chilson Rec Center, art galleries, live entertainment at the Foundry, and a grocery store. Centrally located, Estes Park is a scenic, 30 minute drive west, and a mere :10 to the TPC Golf course. Fort Collins is just :15 north.
The space
The White House was rebuilt in the 1960's and was recently remodeled. Upon entry to the White House, you'll be greeted with a cozy living room space with comfortable furniture (a pull out sofa) and an electric fireplace. A huge picture window lets in natural light. There is a large smart TV and games in the entertainment center for those stay-at-home evenings.
The dining room is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen, and boasts a table that seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, including brand new appliances, so cooking in is a breeze! A coffee bar is stocked with a variety of coffees and teas.
Bedroom #1 has a king sized bed and a large smart TV, and bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed. The beds are complimented with luxury bedding to make your stay restful.
In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in tiled shower and dual sinks. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided and other amenities are available if needed.
The back yard is the perfect place for yard games or cozying up to the fire pit. With a full patio set, grill and yard games, there's no need to head downtown! But, if night life is more your style, downtown Loveland is just a short walk away.
