Positive: On arrival, there was a warm welcome note from the hosts and a gift of biscuits, tea and coffee. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was good to have wifi and a smart tv in such a remote area as in previous cottages we've stayed in we've been limited as to what we could watch in an evening. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the private garden, which had many lovely flowers and an abundance of birds.

Negative: The sofa was quite uncomfortable and the king-size bed a little firm for me,but I did grow accustomed to it.

Summary: It was a lovely cottage to stay in, very characterful.
