This home was newly built in 2023. It is the perfect spot for a long weekend, week or even a month's stay in Nashville. There is a smart TV in the living room area. The entire 2 story guest house is private and guests have access to the entire space minus the garage. There is a parking pad behind the coachhouse for guests to use. The 5 points East Nashville neighborhood is the perfect middle ground for those seeking a vibrant but low key spot in the city with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants in a walkable, friendly and historic neighborhood while having quick & easy access to all of the Broadway action and close to the Stadium. You can stroll the tree lined streets to some of Nashville's favorite eateries , shops and bars. Great spot for bachelorette & bachelor trips, birthday weekends, and traveling nurses!
