The house is south-facing in a wind sheltered location, allowing stunning views of the Tsagari, Lia and Kalafati beaches. It also offers outstanding views over the islands of Paros, Naxos and the vast Aegean sea.
The villa is located in a gated property of a 4.000 sq. meter plot with two other picturesque villas and offers easy access to two beautiful beaches: Tsagari (350 m), Lia (700 m). Sandy Lia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos, is fully organized and served, including sun-beds, umbrellas, a scuba diving school and an exquisite beach-restaurant. Tsagari beache is an untouched gem, one of the last quiet and unspoiled beaches, accessible only by a narrow footpath. Kalafati beach (with its water sports facilities) and Kalo Livadi beach (with its famous fun beach restaurants) are only a five minute drive away.
The villa can accommodate up to 8-9 persons in its 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of these bedrooms enjoy sea and pool view.
