Stunning Encanterra 2 Bed/ 2 1/2 Bath house literally steps away from the 2nd clubhouse. This BRAND-NEW property was designed and built to fit the lifestyle of Encanterra. The photos do this property no justice at all. The amazing sunsets and mountain views from the entire kitchen, great room, and patio area are priceless. This is NOT your typical rental. We have owned and rented high end vacation rentals for over 10 years and it shows with every detail addressed throughout this amazing vacation property. From high end TVโ€™s in the great room and bedrooms, quality sound bars for maximum entertainment, fully stocked kitchen with every possible item you could imagine, and every single item in this house is practically brand new. The master offers a state of the art pillow top king mattress, spare bedroom an amazing Beauty Rest queen mattress in case you prefer one or the other, high end top load washer and dryer, and 2 full baths. The open den/office is perfect for a work area if needed. The 2-car garage is tastefully designed that can fit up to two cars, the property has a soft water system, reverse osmosis for crystal clear drinking water, high speed internet, full cable package, and utilities are included up to $100 a month.
The resort has a minimum 30-night stay per HOA rules. With the amazing resort pools this community is quickly becoming a year round destination. The minimal rental for peak season Jan-March is 3 months. For the fall season, Oct-Dec, the minimum is 60 nights. The rest of the year April-Sept is available for 30 night minimums. Summary: My husband and I just enjoyed a 13 week stay at Bob and Danielle's beautiful home in Encanterra in the San Tan Valley. This was our first winter doing the retirement thing in Arizona and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful and friendly community in a beautiful and well-cared for home. This was the most well-stocked and accommodating rental home we've ever stayed in, and there isn't much that Bob and Danielle haven't thought to include with the house. It looked as though it was decorated as one of the model homes, it was very spacious, had a huge and well-stocked kitchen, two large and comfortable bedrooms (I think the mattress in the master was perfect), tons of towels and bedding, including pool towels, a huge master bathroom and closet, huge laundry area, and cute patio at the back, facing south with lots of sunshine. Bob and Danielle were easily reached if we needed anything and they saw to it that we got whatever we needed as soon as they could. We were a two-minute walk from the pickleball courts/pool/outdoor bar and restaurant/art center/Bocce courts, and only a quick walk up the boulevard to the main clubhouse which was stunning and offered a wonderful restaurant, coffee shop, library, fitness center, lap pool, fitness pool, spa, and a gorgeous view of the Superstition Mountains. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home in this beautiful resort (if you're old enough!!).
