Two separate living spaces (main and lower level) let the adults and kids have their own space for downtime after outdoor fun. The main level showcases a gas fireplace and a smart tv as well as YouTube TV log in. The lower level gaming area has an electric fireplace and heater, XBox, a TV with a Fire Stick, an arcade style Pac-Man, a pop-a-shot and other games and puzzles for family fun.
High Speed whole house WiFi enabled Internet. You can "work from where you are" in the private office with desk. Or you can relax and stream your favorite shows and movies from your personal devices or from one of the two the TVs with YouTube TV- one smart tv and one with a Fire Stick.
Large wrap-around porch on three sides of the house let you enjoy the beautiful views and fresh mountain air -- and maybe catch a glimpse of the resident wildlife.
Located in the Granby Ranch community you have access to the Granby Ranch ski area in the winter and the mountain biking trails and golf course in the summer. 3 minute drive to base camp for skiing or mountain biking. Community pool and hot tub available for a day pass rate of $10 a day for anyone over 8 years of age.
