Interiors
Cavo Dago is divided over four levels of exquisite design, covering 410 sq.m. in total and it accommodates 12 guests in its 6 ensuite bedrooms. An elevator is also available for access to each level. Modern stylish architecture and sleek sophisticated lines provide a contemporary space with premium level furnishings and appliances. Expansive spaces in minimalist design offer chic living which extend into the outdoor area. Floor to ceiling glass panels allow the unparalleled view to dictate the interior space while the hour commands the colour hue and atmosphere, from sunrise to sunset. Each day brings another, slightly altered perspective to the dazzling vista.
Lower floor
The lower floor of Cavo Dago opens directly into a stunning open plan area, created with your outmost relaxation in mind. This carefully designed space for entertainment, recreation and relaxation will appeal to all who seek a moment of self care and wellness during their holiday. The private spa area with wooden sauna and Hammam will relieve aching muscles and the gym, equipped with treadmill, static bicycle, workout bench weights and exercise mattresses, will keep you in optimum health.
Children will be thrilled with their own personal play area. The handmade sofa seating is large enough for the whole family and wraps around the 75" Smart TV with Playstation 5. A low table with poof seating creates the perfect spot for a game of chess or cards and a second lounge area with two large sofas in its own snug, provide some independent space without having to escape the view.
Two further ensuite bedrooms are located on this level with queen size double beds (1,80 x 2,00), A/C, open closets and en-suite bathrooms. Large patio door provide direct access to the lawned area next to the poolside.

Ground Floor
Entering through its grand gold door, Cavo Dago opens into a sizeable open plan living space. An opulent, spacious lounge seating area surrounds the 75" Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix. An elegant dining table for 12 takes prime position and the professional kitchen is bound to fulfil even the most experienced of chefs requirements. Natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to flow out to the terrace and outdoor living spaces to embrace the exterior environment. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer an unbelievable spectacle of the city and seascape below and open up to a spacious veranda. Full of light and air, the living area is a joy for social gatherings.
A WC is also available, for communal use.
First Floor
Floating stairs lead to the first floor. Glass panels, a theme throughout the house, are elevated on the first floor by the glass floor panel which bears witness to the living space below. Either side of the communal landing space with balcony, one finds two bedrooms. Each ensuite bedroom has a sumptuous Queen sized bed (1,80 x 2,00), open closet and 42"Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cabin with rain shower. While one bedroom has large glass doors that slide open to allow the outside in, the other is privileged to have its own private balcony with seating area, offering an exceptional private space overlooking the pool area and the magnificent views out to sea and coastline beyond.
Second Floor
Continuing up to the second floor one discovers a further landing area with leather sofa seating positioned to witnesses the sweeping view beyond. The two modern ensuite bedrooms located on this level fully embrace their privacy with Queen size double beds (1,80 X 2,00) facing directly out to sea and the surprising glass panelled bathrooms, spoiling you with their view. Both bedrooms have a 42"Smart TV, an open closet and are furnished to a high design standard.
Exteriors

The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests, while covering 1.600 sq.m. and offering plenty of facilities. With the villa set over 4 levels, the cascading exterior landscape allows our guests to share in both social moments and personal quiet time with places to relax and unwind independently. Boasting a state of the art swimming pool for health and a second for utmost relaxation, seating and dining areas positioned around the property, Cavo Dago is a work of art.

Lower Floor Outdoor Area
- A 80 m2 private pool (0,60-1,60 m. deep) with effortless step access, equipped with "floating" wooden decks, featuring 8 double day beds. The pool can be heated upon advance request, with an additional charge.

- Lush grassed lawn with outdoor shower and stairs leading to the ground floor .
- 6 seater hot tub.
Ground Floor Outdoor Area
- A 50 m2, private, swimming pool (0,60-1,60 m. deep) that has a high-tech swim jet functioning for exercise or training when required.
- A bar area is situated just beyond the kitchen, with tall stools capturing the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink under the stars.
- An outdoor sofa area integrated into the split level floor.
- Professional outdoor, kitchen with hot plate, grill, fridge, dishwasher and sink.
- Additional lounging area with sofa and outdoor dining area behind the pool, ideal for al fresco dining and providing a different perspective of this amazing villa.
