There are 5 double rooms, each with a wardrobe, a 36m2 living room, 3 bathrooms, parking for two cars indoors and a third one outdoors. The reform is from a year ago. The house maintains a particular style that perfectly matches the surroundings, a quiet area, residential but really close to the center of Barcelona, and with the possibility of making excursions both by sea and in the mountains.

Connected to the center by public transport (frequently 5 minutes passing at peak times), in just 13 minutes we are in the center of Barcelona at Arc de Triomf, and just two more minutes, at Plaça Catalunya / Ramblas
This house is at the stop of the R3 Montgat Nord line, a few meters from the beach enjoying unobstructed views in which you can see the Mediterranean in all its splendor. Next to the beach we will find a typical fishing district that is one of the wonders of the north of Barcelona.
