Being located in Tahoe City you are right down the street from great dining options, fun shops, and lovely beaches. There are 3 major resorts just a short distance away, ranging 7-16 miles, that have an abundance of summer and winter activities. Take a bike ride along the Truckee river on a paved path and enjoy the scenery and outdoors.
On the lower level of this home you will find 3 of the bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a full over full bunk bed. On the second level is the large open living room to enjoy the company of all your guest’s, a large kitchen for all your cooking and baking needs. Upstairs is a primary bedroom with a king bed, you will also find an additonal bedroom on this level holding another queen bed. Step outside onto the back deck to take in the fresh Tahoe air, or head down to the large beautiful grass backyard. Sit back and relax after a long day on the mountain or busy day at the beach, and do some stargazing while sitting in the hot tub.
This home is in an ideal location being right in Tahoe City. In Tahoe City you have many dining options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, fun shops to walk, and nice beaches with a park for the kids to enjoy. For any essentials you need on your vacation there is a grocery store, just 1 mile away to make things more convenient.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (16 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (7 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at one of the many restaurants just right down the street.
Parking: Parking is available for 6 cars total. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
