The location doesn't get much better than this! Tamarisk sits on the West Looe Quay with fabulous river views from all the principal rooms and has the rare commodity in Looe of garage parking.A flight of external steps leads to the first floor where you find the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has the loveliest of river views. It is a spacious room that can be enjoyed by all the family with ample comfortable seating in the lounge and a 48" flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes double ovens and grill, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer. There is a large dining table perfect for family meals or games in the evening. There is a separate wc on this floor.Upstairs there are three bedrooms all of which are en suite. The master bedroom is a huge room with a super king size bed and beautiful ensuite shower room newly fitted for the 2023 season. The bay window has seating to ensure the comings and goings on the river can be fully enjoyed. The second bedroom has a standard double bed and ensuite shower room and the third bedroom is a twin room with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. The new owners have painstakingly chosen the furnishings to ensure guest's comfort with sumptuous mattresses and lovely linens and towels.The many delights Looe has to offer are all on the door step of Tamarisk. The hustle and bustle of the river, its pleasure craft and commercial fishing vessels can be enjoyed throughout the day. Staying on the West Looe side of the river there is a fabulous local delicatessen shop, the award-winning Sardine Factory restaurant, and the Looe Harbour Heritage Centre. A 5-10 minute walk takes you to Hannafore where there are two fantastic local cafes to enjoy both of which overlook Looe Bay and from here you can access the stunning South West Coastal Path to Talland Bay and on to Polperro. A two minute walk across the bridge sees you in East Looe where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. There are self drive boats, paddleboards and kayaks to hire as well as numerous boat trips to enjoy, some of which are lucky enough to see dolphins.To the rear of the property is a small furnished patio area and underneath the house is a good size garage for one car, additionally a small car can also be parked outside the garage. (The garage width is 220cm max and height 180cm max)
