Wir bieten zwei Ferienwohnungen, radlerfreundlich und ruhig direkt am Südbahnradweg in Wettges gelegen. Entlang des Ortes verlief die stillgelegte Vogelsberger Südbahn, die jetzt zum Südbahnradweg umgebaut wurde. Wettges liegt 437m hoch und wurde 1488 das erste Mal urkundlich erwähnt und ist ein Ortsteil nordöstlich des staatlich anerkannten Erholungsortes Birstein. Das Gewerbe beschränkt sich auf Klein-, Holzrückebetriebe und Landwirtschaft. Wald und Wiesen laden zum Wandern und Spazieren gehen ein. Hier ist man garantiert alleine in heilklimatisch günstiger Luft mit viel Ruhe unterwegs. Hier und da kann man einen kleinen Plausch mit netten zugänglichen Menschen halten.
