Der Wohnbereich enthält ein Eckcouch, einen Fernseher, einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen und einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Die Eckcouch mit Schlaffunktion bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei weitere Personen. Die moderne Küche ist mit einem Backofen, einem Cerankockfeld, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Das lichtdurchflutete Bad verfügt über Dusche und Sauna. Nach dem Saunieren lädt die Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick über die Potsdamer Stadtgärten zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Krafttanken ein. Eingebettet in den Baumwipfeln des angrenzenden Parkes kann man beim Frühstück oder einem abendlichen Glas Wein die Eichhörnchen auf Augenhöhe beobachten.
