(DTV) Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und doch ruhig am Waldrand und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Ausflüge in den Harz. Ideal für 2 Personen, vielleicht mit Hund. Bei uns sind Sie richtig! Wir haben uns die Frage gestellt, wie eine Ferienwohnung aussehen sollte, damit Sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Schauen Sie sich das Ergebnis an und genießen Sie einige Tage vor den Toren des Harzes. Unsere Wohnung wurde in 2018 komplett saniert und modernisiert. ca. 50qm Wohn-, Ess-, Wellnesszimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche und 1 Badezimmer. Moderne Einbauküche, Radio, schwenkbarer LED-TV, Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Lautsprecher, ca. 35qm Garten mit Terrasse. Ihr Auto parken Sie direkt vor dem Haus (die Wohnung liegt in einem Wendehammer daher nur Anliegerverkehr), Bushaltestelle ca. 100m, Bahnhof ca. 1500m, Rewe ca. 500m. Hinter unserem Haus beginnen schon die Wanderwege.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 80qm groß, nigelnagelneu und ist für max. 2 Personen. Sie können in der Küche am Tisch Frühstücken oder an der Sitzecke mit gemütlichen Sesseln und Blick auf die Blumenpracht vorm Haus. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Backofen, Wasserkocher, jetzt ist auch die veraltete Kaffeemaschine und das letzte Elektroteil neu (Senseo aus 08.19). Bett 180cm x 200cm und großem Kleiderschrank. Der 42 Zoll Flach TV ist schwenkbar, Sie können somit von der bequemen Couch oder von den hochwertigen Saunaliegen Fernsehen schauen. Verbinden Sie sich mit der Bose ® SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Lautsprecher und hören Sie mit bestem Klang. Verschiedene Saunadüfte stehen für Sie bereit und wenn Sie erst spät Anreisen haben wir für Sie jeweils eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Rot- und Weißwein zum Einkaufspreis bereit stehen. , In der ganzen Wohnung ist Laminat verlegt und auf der 'Sundowner'-bank genießen Sie Abends die letzten Sonnenstrahlen. Direkt hinter unserem Haus starten die ersten Wander- Radwege in die Harzer Wälder.
