2 Bedroom House in Saint-Igeaux

Set in the quiet hamlet of Fichan we have renovated an old farmhouse to a modern standard.
The property consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a family shower room/toilet and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor with a shower/toilet room.
We have outdoor furniture, table and chairs for that coffee on a sunny morning or a meal at the end of the day. BBQ available too.
We have a swimming pool which is shared with other guests.
There are childrens outdoor toys and board games.
The property is close to local amenities, supermarket, boulangerie, local cafe bars, restaurants and pharmacy, all around 10-15 minutes by car. We also have a potager so you could purchase some home grown vegetables.
We are also close to the Nantes Brest canal, the beautiful abbey at Bon Repos and the stunning Lac de Guerledan around 20-25 minutes by car. We are around 40 minutes by car to the north coast of Brittany and have a number of fishing lakes close by (daily or weekly permits available in season).
We are situated approx 90 minutes away from the ferry ports of St Malo or Roscoff.
The main local airports are Brest and Nantes.

Summary: Away from all the busy stuff we stayed at this lovely home. Run by a very friendly and welcoming couple this business started just recently. It is an old house in a beautiful setting away from the city. Inside you will find a well equiped and clean living area, Spacious bathrooms and clean bathrooms. Also the kitchen is well equiped. A nice startingpoint to explore the area or simply a beautiful place to get away from daily life.
