Luxuriate in a weeklong family vacay (lots of great camps in the area) or for those who are looking for a low-key getaway, this home is open year-round. **House is not suitable for bachelor parties or bachelorettes**
A short drive or bike to area wineries and the golf course, you can either stay in or choose from a number of incredible County experiences moments away. This fully renovated spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Century waterfront home will easily accommodate your group whether for a week or a weekend.
Outside enjoy meals or a beverage on the newly renovated deck with Gas BBQ seating up to 8 or a play a game of soccer with the kids. Bring your bocce or make use of the badminton setup and while away the hours. A wagon is provided to transport whatever you need down to the water if you would like a lakeside picnic. Dine al fresco at the picnic table under the umbrella, lounge on the Adirondacks and watch the waves out on the lake. Access to the water is via stairs.
All the basic comforts are provided so that you can just show up and relax. Amenities include Central Air Conditioning, WIFI Internet, Satellite TV etc. Please see Amenities tab for more.
Access to the waterfront is by stairs to the lake. Keep in mind that Lake Ontario is more suitable for experienced swimmers. However, there is a public beach and amazing kid's play ground on the water in Wellington within walking distance or drive 15 minutes to North Beach or 20-25 minutes to Sandbanks sandy beaches.
Pets Allowed: NON-SHEDDING SMALL DOGS (LESS THAN 25 LBS). A flat fee of $100 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged for up to 2 pets per stay. PLEASE ASK AND LET US KNOW BREED.
A cleaning fee of $150 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged here. This fee covers the cost of ensuring the property is ready for your group. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.

In high season (late June through Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non negotiable. Access to the cottage early to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. Outside of high season, reach out to the Owner contact provided in your Check-in Email no sooner than 48 hours in advance of your stay to see if early in or late out can be arranged. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive earlier or depart later than agreed.

Rental Deposit to Secure Booking: 50%
Rental Balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival (unless you reserved on another booking site as balance date may vary)
Damage Deposit is $1500: preauthorized, not charged
