Welcome to our newly built home! You will find this home very comfortable with 2300 square feet that is yours to enjoy. In addition to all of the open space inside, the back yard flows into a very large and open greenbelt. This makes for plenty of space to enjoy on the inside or the outside. You may see an occasional lynx, frog, rabbit or snake. You will definitely see many different birds including the beautiful sand hill cranes. We also have a couple tortoises that live in the empty lot next to us. They often will come to visit. Please DO NOT TOUCH OR BOTHER THEM! There visits are short. This home is stocked with many kitchen amenities, as well as a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Enjoy eating dinner at the dinning room table that will accommodate up to 8. Or enjoy sitting at the island that has 4 comfortable stools. The master bedroom has a wooden, queen bedroom set and is very spacious. It also has room for a queen air mattress if needed. There is an office desk and comfortable chair in there as well. Connected is a spacious master bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen white bedroom set, large closet and tv. Third bedroom has a dark full bedroom suite as well as a large closet. The last sleeping area is a den with a sleeper sofa, dresser and a tv. With all the brightness and comforts in this home we are sure you will enjoy your stay.
