Location, location! We bought our Tahoe City home because of its close proximity to town, hike/bike trails out the back door and Lake Tahoe, all of which are walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the coziness, natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. My place is good for couples, families, and dogs. I do charge a separate one-time $100 pet fee to account for additional cleaning time. There is a paddle board and two town bikes for your use as well.
