Positive: Quiet cul de sac modern houses small town. A local get away in south Wales
Negative: Advertising as apartment had no food prep facilities at all but did house a full size fridge in the toilet?looking for ground floor accommodation because of mobility issues found the floor uneven and covered in wrinkled cushion floor. The property is a converted garage or out house and feels damp. Every wipe clean painted surface felt sticky with damp, or had been washed with the same sticky cloth. Bins in the porch hadn’t been emptied from previous rental. Entry / exit to toilet and shower had a real trip hazard within an inch of the threshold, building regulations must be very different in Wales. All in all at just under £90/night a Travelodge would have been better.
