Beautiful master suite with king bed, 50" TV, double sinks, walk-in shower, two large closets, and slider door to patio/spa area. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, reading chair, printer, TV and wi-fi. 2nd bath has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that backs to greenbelt with distant mountain views. Pool/spa maintained by outside company, so you do not need to worry about maintaining them. This retirement community has it all with three golf courses, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and lounge areas. All kinds of other activities, shows, and bingo to participate in if you desire! IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lessee(Only one person needs to be 55+) must be at least 55 years old to occupy property and a MINIMUM of ONE CALENDAR MONTH period. Rental MUST begin rental on the FIRST day of the month and end on LAST day of a month. Small dogs allowed at additional fee of $250 per month.
