Private Gated Elegant 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Estate Lodge nestled within a 20 Acre wooded Compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake. The Master Suite is very private and located on 2nd floor of the Lodge and features a King Bed with attached Private Bathroom, Juliet Balcony, 50” Smart TV, Fireplace & Remarkable views of Flathead Lake and The Flathead Valley. The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen Bed, 2 Single Beds and a 50” Smart TV. There is a 3/4 Bathroom with shower. The Lodge sleeps up 6+ adults very comfortably. The Living Room has a Leather Couch & Love Seat with a 60' Smart TV and views of Flathead Lake. There is a Dining area, a equipped Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Counter Top Oven, Dishwasher and Full Size Refrigerator. There is an array of Dishes, Pots, Pans, Coffee Mugs, Silverware and Wine Glasses. Starlink Hi Speed Wifi, Hiking, Horse Shoes and amazing views of Flathead Lake. This Spacious 2 Story Lodge contains its own Washer & Dryer. There is Hiking and a Horse Shoe Pit within the Compound. This is truly an amazing property with an outside patio with Chairs, Couch and a Grille available to our guests upon request. (Sorry, No outdoor furniture during winter) Our Guests tell us “....there’s nothing like this anywhere”, we think you’ll agree. Welcome to Stone Canyon. There is No Smoking anywhere on the property; No Exceptions, Not anywhere outside, Not anywhere inside.... ever. We are located within a strict fire zone. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. If it is determined that Guest Renter or any Guests of Guest Renter have smoked anywhere on or within the property the Guest Renters occupancy shall be terminated immediately and Guest Renter shall be charged for the costs of a professional cleaning crew and additionally shall be charged all rental days that the property is made unavailable for rental until smoking smell and toxins have been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a warning to other Hosts and shall be posted regarding Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 8 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. PROPERTY: No furniture or personal property located within the grounds may be moved or removed from the property by guests - No Exceptions. Damage to or removal of any personal or real property by the Guest’s during their occupancy shall result in the duty of Guests to immediately advise Host of the property’s damage or removal and of Guest’s obligation to immediately compensate Host for the damage or loss. Guest’s rights to stay and remain in possession of the subject property may be terminated at the option of Host and Guest shall vacate property immediately or risk prosecution for trespassing. FILMING: No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds....
