Ideally located 15 minutes drive from Saumur and close to Angers and Tours, this pretty stone house will be the ideal place for a stay with family or friends.
You will have a large living room with a lounge and dining area, two kitchens, a second lounge, a games room, 7 bedrooms with shower rooms and a beautiful wooded exterior of 200 m² with 2 terraces and a beautiful swimming pool to relax after a busy day!
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, you only have to put your bags down!
This 350 m² gîte, on the ground floor, is composed as follows
Day area :
- A beautiful and bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area with a large and beautiful dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- A second kitchen with a fridge, hob and washing machine.
- A second living room with a sofa, two seats and a coffee table.
- A games room with a table tennis table, table football and a pool table.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed with a large wardrobe as well as a shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
- Bedroom 4: a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
