Stairway to Hammock Heaven Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey The welcoming yard of this Destin vacation rental dotted with blooming buds, white benches and hedged by a picket fence all seem to say “C’mon on in and stay a while!” True to southern tradition, Stairway to Hammock Heaven boasts not only a cheerful front porch with chairs but many other cozy porches and balconies ideal for sipping tea and catching up on old times. In fact, the crowning glory of this spacious home is the crow’s nest balcony perched at the very top- four hammock chairs sway in the wind and offer beautiful glimpses of all of Destin and the Emerald Coast beyond. All of this and we haven’t even mentioned the sundrenched pool deck or the gorgeous interior yet! It’s impossible not to fall in love with the beach meets chic décor where perfectly placed furnishings and accents gleam with nautical inspiration. Plus, outstanding features like stone countertops in the large kitchen home to a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, easy-to-clean tile and hardwood floors, a full laundry room and a separate ice maker will all ensure that guests are comfortable, clean and well cared for. Each bedroom in Stairway to Hammock Heaven seems to have an invigorating effect with colorful bedding and eye-catching art- sure to put a hop in your step as you walk to the beach! Moreover, the master suite has the added luxury of an oversized bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. While it’s indisputably lovely to stay at Stairway to Hammock Heaven, it’s equally as nice to explore its surroundings! The beach is within walking distance and the Destin Commons, golf courses and grocery stores are a minute away in the car. The pool has a Spill-Over Spa. This is not a Hot Tub and cannot be heated independent of the pool. Pool may be heated for an additional fee upon request in season. Bed Sizes/ Layout: First Floor: Second Bedroom – Queen Extra Bedding – Daybed with trundle Second Floor: Master Bedroom –King Third Bedroom – Queen Fourth Bedroom – 2 sets of Bunks Per HOA rules: Vehicles cannot be parked on the street overnight, cannot be parked across the sidewalk, cannot be parked in the right-of-way grass area between the sidewalk and street or parked on vacant lots. Extra vehicles must be parked outside of Crystal Shores neighborhood property. No RV’s Trucks with commercial lettering, Buses, Trailers, Boats or Jet Skis can be parked at Crystal Shores. This home provides parking for 3 average size vehicles or 2 vehicles & a golf cart. These neighborhood rules are strictly enforced, subject to $100 fine if not compliant. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
