The dramatic Great Room boasts a vaulted beamed ceiling, cozy switch-activated gas fireplace, quality Pottery Barn furnishings, large leather sectional, and gleaming hardwood floors. The open Kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances and cooking tools for the chef-enthusiast. There are 2 bedrooms, separated by private hallways, each bedroom with a high quality King bed and accompanying bathroom with walk-in tiled showers. Enjoy climate-controlled mini-split air-conditioning during hot spells or thermostatically controlled heat as needed plus the cozy warmth of the Living Room's gas fireplace. Out front - relax under the pergola adjacent the stone driveway which provides one on-site parking space. At the opposite side of the house - open tall sliding glass doors to enjoy a very private walk-out terrace - an ideal spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Here one can relax and unwind under the stars - enjoying views of the city and nearby canyons.
