Central AC/Heat, Private/Enclosed Backyard. Free high-speed WIFI, Granite counter tops, 60 inch TV, fireplace, laundry facilities, memory foam beds. Plenty of FREE Street Parking!! Our cozy home is a four-story property, fitted with HIGH SPEED WIFI and has a breathtaking view of Downtown and its three rivers. This home is located in Pittsburgh’s West End neighborhood and is close to just about everything the city of Pittsburgh has to offer! We are only minutes away from downtown, tourist attractions, great restaurants, local parks, sport stadiums and concert venues. - ~4 minute walk to the West End Overlook - ~7 minute drive to Duquesne Incline - ~9 minute drive to Monongahela Incline - ~9 minute drive to Point State Park Fountain (where the 3 rivers meet) - ~9 minute drive to Rivers Casino - ~10 minute drive to Station Square, South Shore shopping, restaurants and entertainment! - ~10 minute drive to Heinz Field and PNC Park! - ~12 minute drive to Andy Warhol Museum - ~15 minute drive to Southside, shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, movie theater, gyms and more! Features of our home The first/main level: 1. Bedroom: Full-size bed with desk and night stand (including USB charging port)(full bathroom is right down the hall) 2. Kitchen: fully stocked with complete and new appliances (coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, blender), cooking utensils, pots and pans, kettle, basic spices, coffee, dishes (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs) 3. Living Area: large L-shaped sofa (pulls out into comfy memory foam Queen size bed), glass circular dining table, breakfast bar perfect to work at or eat with bar stools and granite countertop, 2 end tables, 60” Smart TV 4. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer The second level: 1. Queen Bedroom: Queen size bed with desk, night stand (including USB charging port), mirror and closet with hangers (full bathroom is adjacent) 2. King Bedroom: King size bed with two nightstands (including USB charging ports) and walk-in closet with hangers 3. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer 4. Towels will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, we recommend you bring your own as we only provide one towel per person. 5. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion are complimentary! The third level: 1. First bedroom: 2 Twin X-Long size beds with nightstands 2. Second bedroom: 1 Twin size bed The Basement: 1. Summary: Rented the house for a guys weekend to catch a couple Yankees/Pirates games. House was spacious and clean with an absolutely stunning city view. Thanks to Shankar for being a communicative host, would definitely rent again!
