Positive: Building is so cool. Place is in a great location. View is bordering on really-good to great. We walked to downtown area along the river (takes about 45 minutes but it’s a nice trip). Obviously can get there quicker through other means. Parking and places to eat near. Has a nice pool that unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. Vibe is “you are safe here, 24/7.”
Negative: Nothing to unlike about the property; but since you asked I’ll at least come up with something to try to seem objective….there is one very (very) minor detail: With some properties on booking, I sense the owner uses a service to manage the rental/communicate with guests. I don’t know for sure, but I get the impression this one is owner-managed. The minor difference (did I emphasize “minor” twice, now?) is that when you message to communicate regarding the property, the response - sometimes - is not as immediate as I’ve noticed with service-managed rentals. There, I found one thing to “unlike.”
Summary: Because we only needed it one night, it’s our own fault we didn’t get to enjoy the place longer.
