Located in Tahoe City on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this home is incredibly centralized to all that Tahoe has to offer. Minutes to downtown or nearby restaurants and markets on the west shore, and 10 minutes to Palisades Ski Resort, this spot is the epicenter to all things Tahoe. Featuring a beautifully updated interior, this vacation home is situated on a flat quarter acre corner lot, with a wrap-around deck for excellent outdoor entertainment space. A brand new hot tub and patio set make the outdoor space the envy of the neighborhood.
Upon entering the interior, you'll be struck by the completely remodeled kitchen including an oversized island, with bar seating for four and a large dining table for six. On the far end of the home a comfy sectional sofa is the ideal spot for game day or movie night. A brand new three sided gas fireplace creates a unique partition between the two rooms. Upstairs, three updated guest rooms and a full bath ensure that everyone in the group has a comfortable space to retire for the night as well.

ABOUT THE AREA
Conveniently located about a mile south of Tahoe City, you'll find the quiet roads of the much desired Granlibakken neighborhood. Easy access to town and the area resorts, but still considered the West Shore, this location can't be beat. Lake Tahoe's west shore features Old Tahoe style homes and classic cabins.
Just down the road you'll find Sunnyside Resort and Marina and William Kent Shoreline. William Kent beach is situated in a wooded setting and offers picnic tables and grills with views across Lake Tahoe of the eastern shoreline. Next door, Sunnyside Resort is a favorite year round lakeside dining option.
During the ski season, you are less than fifteen minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort. Or travel just fifteen minutes to Palisades Ski Resort, two of the premier Tahoe ski areas.

1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 6.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street Parking is prohibited.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
