Close to a market, with laundry, swimming pool, gym and self-service grocery store in the building. Parking space included.

Studio with 1 double bed. Glass balcony makes the environment quiet and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. View of the city center and the sunset. Gas shower. Electronic lock and fiber internet. The air conditioning is not working at the moment, we are waiting for a part for repair.
