What We Love
Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this fantastic green home near the beach! This two-story home away from home was built 13 years ago with geothermal heating and cooling, hardy board exterior, metal roofing, hot water on demand, reverse osmosis water, and so much more to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. You will be surrounded by woods and beautiful gardens - a long brook runs behind the property, adding a peaceful tone to your stay.
The location is simply unbeatable. Hague Beach is down the road and you are close to hiking trails, cross-country skiing areas, ski slopes, and the lake, which freezes for ice skating. Silver Bay (four miles away) has beaches and is considered a vacation destination, perfect for winter weekends and winter sports on their campus.
One of the first things you will notice upon entering this charming abode is all the porch spaces, which provide great spots to unwind, relax, and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The sunny living area invites you to spread out comfortably on the sofas and gather to watch a fun show on the smart TV with streaming services. Feel free to break out any of the provided board games for some family fun while the gas fireplace keeps you all nice and warm. Whenever you start feeling hungry, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with tasty homemade preparations in the well-appointed kitchen. Coffee enthusiasts will love the Keurig coffee maker! Attached to the kitchen is a light-filled screened porch featuring a second dining area.
You will find the primary suite on the main floor, featuring an en suite bathroom and an attached workout area with a treadmill and a recumbent bike. The remaining three bedrooms can be found upstairs.
When it comes to outdoor spaces, the home enjoys a beautifully furnished deck, which hosts an inviting lounging area, a gas firepit, and a gas grill - the perfect setting for summertime cookouts and roasting s'mores while the sun sets! Additional perks include bidets in all bathrooms, an on-site washer/dryer, baby gates, and children's books, toys, and games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
