Positive: Clean rooms and everything works, aircon, hot water...
Negative: The guy started mowing the lawn at 6am. Then the loud music over the kitchen speakers was turned on at 6.20am. Great location with no neighbours on either side however they have walled up the property right to the ocean so it cuts out most of the view including of the surf spot, not for security either, just because, well... you know. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms.
