This charming newly remodeled 1bed is 1 Block from the beautiful beach bike path and only 3blocks from free yoga on the beautiful bluffs. It is a 10min walk to the boisterous fun of downtown pine street, 20 min walk to Belmont shoreโs 2nd st close to many restaurants on both Broadway and the vintage quarter of 4th street.
If it is transportation you are interested in, it is perfectly in the center of multiple freeways 710, 22, & 405. Public transport and scooters are available all around the area.
There is only street parking available none that is included with the home. Extra storage is also available in a shared space below the condo.
