• A perfect ground floor 1-bedroom flat suitable for professionals visiting Edinburgh for short visit, couple, family with 1kid or 1 couple.
• This is a quiet residential area so stage or Hen parties, any kind of parties, loud music are not allowed. Please respect the neighbours.
• There is plenty of street parking available outside the property.Please park either on the left or the right hand side of the designated parking area.
• Excellent shopping area (Cameron toll – shopping mall) within (5 to 7 mins) walking distance (incl. Sainsbury, Aldi, Costa and many more).
• For entertainment you will have smart TV with high-speed internet, lots of
walking, cycling, and golfing options in the area.
• We use professional cleaners to clean the property before you arrive and utilise hotel quality linen for soft comfy sheets and big fluffy towels, giving you all the comforts of home with a hotel quality clean.
*** For security reasons, we have installed a camera outside the property focusing on the main entrance and back garden. Inside alarm & camera are ONLY activated when the property is empty and deactivated before the guest arrives. The inside camera lens is covered to further respect guest privacy.

The living room is bright, spacious, and airy. Our comfortable lounge sofa and armchairs are suitable for relaxing and indoor entertainment, with free WiFi available in every room and a smart TV. The lounge sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed, which will come with a proper bedding. (Sofa-bed mattress, sheet, duvet & 2 pillows).
Bedroom
The bedroom is garden facing with double bed and en suite bathroom. Hotel-quality, high thread count linen and towels are provided. For storage bedroom holds a wardrobe and a set of drawers.

The kitchen/dining room has a sleek, modern feel and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay, including cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We also leave you tea bags, coffee, and sugar. Semi skimmed milk in the fridge. The Kitchen also includes all the necessary cooking equipment you need to cook a lovely meal. From the kitchen window you can look out for Arthur seat.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower over, with complementary toiletries including hand wash and Dettol spray keeping the current situation in mind. In the storage, we have provided a vacuum cleaner, mop with a bucket, iron board, and laundry drying rack.
