The house is cozy with 02 fully furnished master bedrooms, each providing a comfortable and private resting space.
The spacious living room/bedroom 3 impresses with a soft sofa bed and a modern 3D fireplace, bringing a sense of closeness and warmth to gatherings with family and friends.
The 5th floor is an ideal place for cozy parties with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, range hood, microwave, air fryer, kettle, blender, ...), where cooking and enjoying food becomes more interesting and complete.
Next to it is a laundry room with a washer dryer

This is a 5 floor independent house, the space used by visitors starts from the 2nd floor and up. From the 2nd floor there is a private door with a smartlock, this is your own space.
