Stunning custom wooden front doors welcome you into this light-filled home built with the highest quality materials that show off its classy and professional interior design with high end and tasteful finishes. Enjoy cooking with friends in the sun-drenched gourmet eat-in-kitchen with stainless steel appliances, built-in gas range, double built-in oven, two wine coolers, large kitchen island and second sink. Wall to wall windows look out over the entire back yard and call you to walk outside to the patio sitting area to BBQ. A cozy living room with floor to ceiling church-like windows provides sunlight in the day time and star gazing at night. The formal dining room is perfect for entertaining and opens to the living room with a no mess gas fireplace for you to relax with your guests and family. The main floor master bedroom suite offers a king bed, wall to wall windows, custom built walk-in closet, double sink counter top dressing area, jacuzzi tub and a ceramic tiled shower with glass exposure. The second floor has 3 private guest bedrooms with 4 individual beds. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The lower level is fully furnished and has access directly to the backyard and jacuzzi and brand new 40 ft heated pool. The lower level boasts a brand new master bedroom with a king bed, completely redone ensuite bath with soaking tub and walk-in glass shower. The lower level living room is set up for pure fun and pleasure with cozy couches, board games, shuffleboard table and tv for entertainment. Did we mention the media / theatre room with 7 leather recliners for your favorite movie with friends or family? A full walk out access from this level to the backyard brings you to a romantic outdoor fire pit with sofas, a 7 person ThermoSpa jacuzzi and outdoor dining table and grill. The brand new, 40' heated outdoor POOL (open seasonally) is tucked into incredible bluestone masonry alongside the home. Rowing machine in the radiant heated garage with EV (Electric Vehicle) port; brand new Speed Queen washer/dryer and LifeBreath fresh air systems keep the air quality crisp and clean; whole house generator, water filtration system and a moisture controlled heated attic will keep you cool in summer, cozy warm in the winter.

Opus 40 the bluestone outdoor sanctuary is 5 minutes down the road and hiking, fly fishing and kayaking are nearby. WINTER SKIING: Hunter is 25 minutes, Bellayre Beach and Mountain is 40 min, Windham is 50 min.
TRANSPORT
Guests must use a car as local transportation is scarce or limited. Uber/Lyft are not readily available in the area. FOUR-Wheel (Four Wheel Drive) drive vehicles (SUVs) are a MUST in the winter as the driveway is completely paved, but at an incline and a quarter mile long.
PAYMENTS
If you make a booking and make payment via Stripe (from Homeaway, VRBO or Direct on our website and your reservation is cancelled by you, for any reason at all, you will be refunded everything but the credit card processing fee.

There are strictly NO ANIMALS at this home. If you bring an animal to the home without telling the owner or asking the owner beforehand, you are in direct violation of the terms and conditions, and you will forfeit your security deposit entirely if booked via VRBO or directly, and will forfeit $1000 via Airbnb.
