Summary: We are a 3-generation family getting together from different states. This property is very old and rustic and seems to be furnished with second-(or third) hand furniture. Surfaces were clean (floors, counters, tabletops) as were the two bathrooms. Corners, furnace ducts, and windows - not so clean. Kitchen had most of what we needed, including a dishwasher. When we stayed in July 2022, the building was having some reconstruction going on, so there were building supplies on site and no laundry facilities. We had to tidy the outdoor living spaces (porch and patio) but there was a broom. We used all the spaces! No A/C in the main floor living spaces, but the heat wave broke so we were ok. The building is on the main route through town and the really busy railroad is within 100 feet! We adjusted, but it was noisy. We were able to walk down to the Park and enjoyed the shady playground. We did not swim at the beach, but it is there! Our family always has a good time together and we really enjoyed the town of Stockholm. We would consider visiting again.
