This comfortable holiday apartment is in a green residential area of Pintija, a suburb of Skopje, the multifaceted capital of Macedonia. The spacious holiday apartment occupies the upper floor of a two-storey residential house, whose lower floor is occupied by the owner. The living space of 120m² spread over two floors comprises a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms, a daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. On the lower floor, there is the living room with a generous corner sofa suite, a TV with a USB port, a DVD player, a stereo system and a dining table with six chairs. The modern built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide wooden stairs lead to the mezzanine level with the three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed, while the third has two single beds that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a further bed for one person. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Large glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony. Down in the shared, enclosed garden, a grill awaits you for leisurely meals outdoors. If you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking spaces in the garage belonging to the house.
Although the owner on the lower floor is of course always mindful of your privacy, he is happy to assist with any queries.
