Our allergy-friendly, modern furnished three-room apartment is 78sqm and daylight with separate entrance and view of the garden. The layout of the rooms: a spacious bathroom with bathtub, ground-level shower, shower toilet, washing machine, dryer. A kitchen with dining area for four people, induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, single dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee and pad machine, as well as numerous cooking utensils. In the cozy living room is a sofa with sleep function for two people (140*200cm), armchair, separate workstation (good wifi), LCD- Smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Blue-Ray player, DAB+ radio. The bedroom is equipped with double bed and spacious closet. In the utility room there is, among other things, an iron and table ironing board and a clothes horse. W-LAN and parking space are available free of charge. In the lockable bicycle garage bicycles find enough space, batteries can be charged on site. There is also a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a parking space on our property.
The barrier-free apartment is located on the first floor of our family house in the city center of Arnsberg-Neheim in the Sauerland. In the immediate vicinity is a Netto discount, bakeries, butcher shops with hot counter, EC machines and a post office. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the center of Neheim with its modern shopping landscape, interesting retail, restaurants and snack options. Bus (40m) and train (1,4km) are within walking distance.
