Approx. 200 years old farmhouse with pool with 135 sqm living space in 4.000 sqm olive grove with lemon, olive and fig trees and much more. About 90 meters of altitude above Lake Garda, which is about 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached by a 300 year old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.2 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger and relax in many places.
Very beautifully restored and lovingly furnished. Gas central heating with hot water. Open fireplace, flatscreen TV in the living room and studio. Terracotta floor on the ground floor, old wooden floors on the two upper floors. Beautiful lake and mountain views from all rooms. Fixed air conditioning in the studio, mobile for the lower floors. Pool with 350 cm diameter with beautiful terrace shaded by olive trees and fantastic view of the lake and Monte Baldo.
3 floors, downstairs living room with working area, open kitchen, dining room with fireplace and exit to the terrace. On the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. On the second floor the large studio (about 55 sqm) with bathroom, small kitchen, workspace and living area. The garden with olive, lemon, fig trees and much more for exclusive use incl. pool.
The last 200 m of the access road over a dirt road through the olive trees require some experience. However, the car can be parked on the path and the last meters on foot.
